RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Slimblings, your satisfaction is our priority, While we do not offer refunds, we provide an exchange or return option under the following conditions:

         Exchange or return should be stated within 24hours of purchase

         Within Abuja/Benin city: Eligible for exchange within 24hours

         Outside Abuja: Eligible for exchange within 96hour(4days)

         International Order: Eligible for exchange within 720hour(30days)

To be eligible for an exchange, Please send the item safely in its original packaging, items must be unused, in new condition with all original tags and protective materials intact.  You will be asked for your reason for returning it. Expect to get a resolution, which can be an exchange within 30 minutes. We do not accept exchange for items that shows signs of wear and tear, alteration or misuse.

         Please note: Engraved items, custom pieces, and special orders are not eligible for exchange.
